The noodles are made with “Yumechikara” wheat produced in Nakashibetsu. The soup is made with “Hokkai shimabi-ebi” (shrimp) from Odaito, “Omoinotake”(shiitake mushrooms) from Nakashibetsu, and Rausu kelp. We are particular about local ingredients.
