This farm is located in Nakashibetsu Town in eastern Hokkaido.
We raise two types of dairy cows, Holsteins and Brown Swiss, with careful attention to the cows so that they can spend their time as they should. We began making cheese from the rich milk they provide us. The cheese factory is located just a few dozen meters from the barn on the farm.
We can transport the milk quickly and carefully, so we can make cheese without changing the freshness or condition of the milk.
Every day, while looking at the cows, we work hard to make cheese to respond to the efforts of cows.
